As part of its Mapping Skills for Success (MSFS) project, Colleges and Institutes Canada is looking to retain the services of a consultant or a firm to conduct user research that will aid the design and development of an accessible tool (website or app) to showcase the Skills for Success programming offered by colleges, institutes, and polytechnics across Canada.
Background
In 2021, Employment and Social Development Canada launched the Skills for Success model, replacing the Essential Skills program with a more modern model to better reflect the foundational skills people need to succeed in an evolving labour market. This provided an opportunity to better understand what it takes to succeed, to connect training providers with policymakers, and to further align with curriculum design.
Inquiries and questions regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to Joelle Deschambault, Manager, Project and Programs, Government and Stakeholder Relationships (GSP) Colleges and Institutes Canada.
