Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICan) is pleased to announce the launch of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish eleven (11) institutional partnerships between Canadian Colleges and Institutes and fifteen (15) Vocational Training Centres, five (5) Technical Training Institutes, two (2) National Polytechnic Hubs and two (2) TVET authorities in Kenya under the Kenya Blue Economy Skills Training Program.
The below documentation provides extensive background information on the program, the Kenyan context, and the program’s intended outcomes. It also describes the institutional partners and overall objectives of the work to be delivered by Canadian colleges/institutes, as well as the admissibility criteria for members of Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICan) to apply for one or more of the partnership opportunities.
The submission deadline for proposals is October 17, 2023.
