CICan’s Career Launcher Internships is funded by the Government of Canada’s Youth Employment and Skills Strategy and provides employers with up to $32,000 in wage subsidies to hire qualified students and graduates.
The goal is to help connect employers with the talent they need to grow their organization, and at the same time to provide meaningful work opportunities to help facilitate the transition of highly skilled youth to a rapidly changing labour market.
The Career Launcher program offers four different streams in Natural Resources, Clean Technology, Digital Technology, and the ImpAct internships focusing on the Sustainable Development Goals.
