Navigating Success connects CICan’s national network with the Rideau Hall Foundation’s Catapult Canada program, giving youth—particularly Indigenous youth and those from northern and rural communities—clearer pathways into post-secondary education.
CICan members are developing and piloting mentoring networks, online navigation tools, and wrap-around supports to help Catapult participants and other learners move from readiness to enrolment. All resources developed will be publicly available, extending their impact to Catapult organizations, colleges and institutes, educators, and learners across Canada.
