CICan’s Leadership Institutes are evolving.
The CICan Academy for College Leadership (CACL) is the national leadership academy designed to support institutional renewal, leadership development, and succession planning across Canada’s public colleges, institutes, CEGEPs, polytechnics, and Indigenous Institutes of Education.
What Is the CICan Academy for College Leadership?
The CACL will serve as the career-long, sector-specific professional development hub for Canada’s college and institute leaders. These renewed, elevated, and high-impact opportunities ensure leaders are ready with the right skills to navigate disruption and meet the country’s biggest challenges and opportunities.
CACL meets leaders where they are. Through innovative hybrid and adult learning approaches, the Academy will remove barriers to participation. Participants will access content tailored to their leadership journey, whether they are emerging leaders or seasoned executives preparing for their next chapter.
