Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICan) invites member colleges and institutes to submit proposals to support Mongolia’s technical and vocational education and training (TVET) system through SkillShift Mongolia, a program funded by Global Affairs Canada.
Through this initiative, selected institutions will collaborate with Mongolian partners to strengthen national training systems, advance inclusion, and improve learner outcomes.
Members can apply to one of four partnership streams:
- SkillShift-01: Developing National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) for priority occupations
- SkillShift-02: Strengthening TVET leadership and management capacity
- SkillShift-03: Advancing a national TVET gender equality and inclusion policy
- SkillShift-04: Establishing a national teacher training program to ensure sustainability
Application deadline: December 19, 2025
