As part of Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICan)’s strategic engagement in the Pacific Alliance region, member institutions are invited to participate in a global engagement mission targeting partnership and business development opportunities in Latin America.

In collaboration with the Embassy of Canada and Trade Commission service CICan is pleased to invite members to participate in business-to-business events in Mexico City, Mexico and Bogota, Colombia. These full-day events will offer participating members opportunities to build partnerships with vetted key regional recruitment partners.

These two markets continue to hold potential for growth in our current competitive marketing environment. Colombia is now the top sending market from the LATAM region for both English and Francophone institutions. Mexico has demonstrated growing interest in Canada and Canadian colleges and institutes as a choice destination for post-secondary education.

The mission will include briefings session from the Trade Commission Service and IRCC, while providing opportunity for members to share their valued programs and opportunities when choosing Canada as a study destination.

As part of Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICan)’s strategic engagement in the Indo-Pacific region, member institutions are invited to participate in a global engagement mission targeting partnership and business development opportunities in Southeast Asia.

CICan is working collaboratively with Canadian Education International to leverage planned recruitment events and further promote CICan member expertise in high-demand program areas.

Seminars will provide students, parents, and guidance counsellors with valuable insights into the programs offered by CICan member institutions. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect directly with institutional representatives to learn more about in-demand program areas.

Participating in this event will allow CICan member institutions to expand their presence in Vietnam and engage with prospective students, parents, and guidance counsellors specifically seeking programs offered by CICan member institutions.

Scheduled alongside the Southeast Asia Ministers of Education Organization International Conference (SAMEO). The SAMEO conference is valuable for institutions focused on leadership and management in higher education, innovations, and strategies in a global context.

CICan Members are invited to participate in CICan – EduCanada branded events in partnership with the Trade Commissioner Service in the Philippines. This event will include partnership and recruitment events in Iloilo and Manila, Philippines. It is designed to offer a unique opportunity for CICan members to showcase their institutions and programs, connect with Philippine institutions, agencies and industry associations, and explore opportunities for collaboration in the active Philippines market.

The EduCanada Fair is a well-established and highly regarded event in the Philippines education market and is an excellent platform to promote Canadian education and establish partnerships.

In addition to the EduCanada signature event, CICan’s presence at the event will  highlight three program areas that are in demand in the Philippines: Health, Hospitality and Tourism, and IT.
