At pivotal nation-building moments like these, Canada needs a public college and institute sector that comes together with purpose to meet the needs of diverse learners, businesses and workers, to build partnerships that maximize our collective impact, and develop Canadian-made solutions.
CICan’s Connections Conference is the premier forum to convene, mobilize, and champion Canada’s public colleges, institutes, CEGEPs, polytechnics and Indigenous Institutes of Education.
Co-hosted by CICan and the Indigenous Institutes Consortium (IIC), this transformative gathering will bring together leaders from education, government, industry, policy, and Indigenous student communities to share innovative strategies that support Indigenous learner success and community-driven development.
Colleges and institutes across Canada are navigating complex operating pressures and an ever-changing landscape shaped by rapid policy changes, evolving workforce needs, technology advancements, and the impending federal election. As these challenges intensify, leadership resilience and innovation are essential to securing the long-term strength and sustainability of Canada’s public post-secondary sector.
Join college leaders from across the country at CICan’s 2025 Leaders Summit to collaborate on bold, actionable solutions to the challenges shaping our sector’s future.
