CICan’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled for June 25, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. EDT. The AGM will last around 1.5 hours.
Members will:
- receive the report of the Chair;
- receive the report of the President & CEO;
- receive the financial statements;
- appoint auditors;
- elect a regional director;
- witness the election of At-Large directors;
- witness the presentation of CICan’s Roadmap to 2026; and
- transact such other business as may be brought properly before the meeting, or, any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
