Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICan) invites our member institutions to deliver new upskilling microcredentials in high-growth sectors including clean technology, advanced manufacturing, and agricultural technology. Developed by a consortia of colleges and institutes in collaboration with industry experts, these programs are tailored to meet workforce needs, bridge talent gaps, and provide rapid pathways to employment.

These programs leverage work-integrated learning and have been reviewed by equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) specialists to improve accessibility. Subsidized and tailored for flexible delivery options, they meet the needs of participants, industry, and institutions alike.
