Career Launcher Apprenticeships provides financial incentives to small and medium-sized employers in construction and manufacturing to help them hire first-year apprentices. You could receive up to $10,000!

Join us: This info session for employers will give you an overview of the new program and answer any questions you may have. Plus, get tips to sign up online, hire an apprentice, and get your money.

Use the funds for training, equipment, salaries, or any other purpose that supports the apprenticeship.
Connect with a new pool of talent & prepare your business for the future.

Eligible employers can receive $10,000 to hire an equity-deserving first-year apprentice in a construction or manufacturing trade, or $5,000 to hire an apprentice that is not part of an equity-deserving group.
Eligible equity-deserving groups for this program include women, Indigenous people, newcomers, persons with disabilities, racialized communities including Black Canadians, and LGBTQ2+.

Career Launcher Apprenticeships is funded by the Government of Canada’s Apprenticeship Service Program.
