Advancement in artificial intelligence (AI) has moved swiftly over the past few years and exponentially over the last few months. As a result, the education sector has been hit with a new set of challenges. Post-secondary institutions are now facing some very real dilemmas brought on by the AI technology that is now readily available at our fingertips.

On the flip side, professors and experts alike have embraced the new trends in AI by adapting their grading criteria and encouraging students to use it in a proper context.

How can colleges and institutes use AI, including the likes of ChatGPT, to their advantage and, above all, to benefit learners?
