The Leadership Excellence Award for Students recognizes exceptional student leaders from our member institutions who drive meaningful change within their institution and communities.
By serving on the National Selection Committee, you will help recognize these achievements while celebrating your peers, gain insight into sector-leading work, and contribute to a program that strengthens the reputation and collective voice of Canada’s colleges, institutes, CEGEPs, polytechnics, and Indigenous Institutes of Education.
Join us in helping students build stronger futures — for themselves, their communities, and Canada.
About the Committee
The Awards of Excellence Selection Committee is composed of volunteers from across CICan’s member institutions. Members of the committee review nominations independently, ensuring a fair and transparent process. A nomination will not be reviewed by someone from the same institution as the nominee.
