Free resources to help faculty affected by COVID-19

With most colleges and institutes across Canada transitioning from traditional, in-person education to an online experience due to COVID-19, we wanted to share some free resources for our members. LinkedIn Learning LinkedIn partnered with the 17-institution University of North Carolina System to identify LinkedIn Learning courses that will most aid faculty with this transition. These courses cover everything from leading practices for teaching online to EdTech tools like Canvas to collaboration software like Microsoft Teams. Internationalizing Canadian Colleges and Institutes: The First National Report on International Education and Mobility

In 2009, the Association of Canadian Community Colleges (ACCC), with the support of Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) and the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT), launched the first national survey on international education and mobility at Canadian colleges. This will act as a baseline study, allowing for more accurate assessment of changes in the degree of internationalization in the coming years.
