Ottawa, February 16, 2016 – Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICan) released the results of a national study on infrastructure and equipment needs at colleges and institutes across the country. The findings point to the need for the federal government to dedicate a portion of its infrastructure spending to addressing urgent requirements in the post-secondary sector.
