Did you know? The Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Quebec (Institute of tourism & hospitality) has compiled an Ambassador’s Circle list to highlight individuals who have supported the institution through the years, either by getting involved in its activities and events, by training student apprentices, or by taking part in important partnerships. These 62 individuals have played a crucial role in the development of the tourism, hospitality and restaurant industries. The group includes chefs, businessmen and women, communications specialists, and leaders in the public and private sectors. What a neat way to recognize these ambassadors for their support!
