Request for Proposals – 50-30 Challenge – Marketing Campaign

Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICan) is looking for a marketing agency to create and implement a targeted national campaign to promote the Government of Canada’s 50-30 Challenge and engage organizations and employers to sign the challenge.

The 50-30 Challenge is an initiative between the Government of Canada, business and diversity organizations. The two main goals are to achieve behavioral change on corporate boards and in senior management:
(1) gender parity (50%), and
(2) significant representation (30%) for equity-deserving groups and increase equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) awareness.

The primary focus of the successful firm will be the national campaign. This will involve creating content (info graphics, videos, resources…etc.) that reach our target audiences and result in measurable change. Key messages and background information on the audiences will be provided, although the successful firm is encouraged to expand upon materials provided.

The successful company will also promote the What Works Toolkit and additional tools and services available to achieve these two main goals.

The successful firm must have capacity to work in both of Canada’s official languages.
