Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICan) is pleased to announce the launch of a call for proposals for a ministerial partnership within the framework of the PA-EFE Program.
The Pacific Alliance Education for Employment Program (PA-EFE) is a regional 6-year Program funded by Global Affairs Canada (16 million CAD), intended as support for the upgrading and development of expertise by training qualified labour that meets the current and future needs and standards of the private sector. The end beneficiaries will be the youth, men and women who will access jobs that are directly and indirectly tied to the extractive sector (ES) in the Pacific Alliance (PA) member countries (Chile, Columbia, Mexico and Peru).
The PA-EFE program is looking for CICan member institutions to provide technical assistance that will assist the member countries of the Pacific Alliance (Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru) in the development and implementation of a National promotion campaign on the new training programs and employment opportunities in the extractive sectors (ES) in these countries with particular emphasis placed on prioritizing the recruitment of women.
November 29, 2019 at midnight (EST) is the deadline for submission.
