Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICan) worked with the Human Resources Development Canada to conduct a feasibility study in order to assess a variety of bilateral/multilateral models of national, regional, and institutional (university-university, college-college and institute) international student and faculty mobility in Latin America. Using sustainability as one of the key criteria of effectiveness to select mobility models, CICan and other partners were responsible for developing assessment tools, and identifying appropriate models of student and faculty mobility.
