McKinsey confirme cette corr\u00e9lation dans\u00a0<em>Delivering through Diversity<\/em>, son rapport de suivi publi\u00e9 en 2018.\u00a0<strong>Le point \u00e0 retenir est que l\u2019engagement aux structures qui autonomisent une diversit\u00e9 de groupes repr\u00e9sente plus qu\u2019un imp\u00e9ratif \u00e9thique et moral, c\u2019est aussi une bonne d\u00e9cision d\u2019affaires.\u00a0<\/strong>Une solution gagnant-gagnant, non?<\/p>\n<p>Dans plusieurs professions, les parcours commencent par la formation postsecondaire; l\u2019engagement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion (EDI) n\u2019est gu\u00e8re diff\u00e9rent. De fait, plusieurs coll\u00e8ges et instituts se distinguent dans le secteur par leur leadership en mati\u00e8re de politique, de programmes et d\u2019initiatives favorisant une culture d\u2019EDI qui traverse leurs \u00e9tablissements. En voici quelques exemples.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le\u00a0<strong>Centre for Equity and Inclusion<\/strong>\u00a0au\u00a0<strong>Sheridan College<\/strong>\u00a0<a tabindex=\"153\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sheridancollege.ca\/about\/administration-governance\/leadership\/inclusive-communities\/equity-inclusion\">fait partie int\u00e9grante du leadership et de la gouvernance du coll\u00e8ge,<\/a>\u00a0tout en fournissant des avis strat\u00e9giques pour identifier, aborder et pr\u00e9venir la discrimination et le harc\u00e8lement; en formant les partenaires et les groupes \u00e9tudiants gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des ateliers, des pr\u00e9sentations et des campagnes de sensibilisation sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s; et en fournissant des conseils sur les conflits associ\u00e9s au harc\u00e8lement et \u00e0 la discrimination.<\/li>\n<li>Au\u00a0<strong>NorQuest College<\/strong>, le\u00a0<strong>Colbourne Institute for Inclusive Leadership<\/strong>\u00a0t\u00e9moigne de l\u2019engagement de NorQuest envers l\u2019EDI, notamment en<a tabindex=\"154\" href=\"https:\/\/continuingeducation.norquest.ca\/home\/diversity-inclusion\">\u00a0offrant des services qui encouragent et soutiennent les autres organisations dans le d\u00e9veloppement et l\u2019entretien de cultures inclusives<\/a>, dont des solutions de formation adapt\u00e9es et cibl\u00e9es ainsi que des conseils et des \u00e9valuations strat\u00e9giques.<\/li>\n<li>Au\u00a0<strong>Vancouver Community College<\/strong>, la r\u00e9conciliation et la diversit\u00e9 repr\u00e9sentent un des quatre piliers de\u00a0<a tabindex=\"155\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vcc.ca\/about\/college-information\/about-vcc\/\">son engagement \u00e0 fournir \u00e0 ses \u00e9tudiants les comp\u00e9tences et les connaissances n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9aliser leur plein potentiel<\/a>.
