Cependant, il reste encore du chemin \u00e0 parcourir pour atteindre la parit\u00e9 totale. L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement postsecondaire et la repr\u00e9sentation sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments cruciaux dans ce domaine. Parall\u00e8lement aux <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.collegesinstitutes.ca\/fr\/leducation-donne-a-davantage-de-femmes-les-moyens-dentrer-dans-lhistoire-odd-4-et-5\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale pour renforcer la position des filles et des femmes<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">, les coll\u00e8ges et instituts du Canada sont \u00e0 l\u2019avant-garde pour ce qui est de cultiver des environnements d\u2019apprentissage inclusifs, d\u2019encourager l\u2019entrepreneuriat f\u00e9minin et de soutenir les femmes dans les domaines non traditionnels au Canada.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559685&quot;:-20,&quot;335559737&quot;:-20,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">En cette Journ\u00e9e internationale des femmes, examinons ensemble quelques \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019information qui nous permettront de mesurer les progr\u00e8s accomplis et de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir au travail qu\u2019il nous reste \u00e0 accomplir.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559685&quot;:-20,&quot;335559737&quot;:-20,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Saluons cette tendance \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation des taux de fr\u00e9quentation scolaire et de diplomation des femmes qui perdure depuis des d\u00e9cennies<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559685&quot;:-20,&quot;335559737&quot;:-20,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1990, un changement important s\u2019est produit au Canada. Le nombre de femmes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es a en effet commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 augmenter par rapport \u00e0 celui des hommes. Depuis lors, les taux de diplomation des femmes dans les coll\u00e8ges et instituts canadiens sont constamment rest\u00e9s sup\u00e9rieurs ou proches de la moiti\u00e9, marquant ainsi une tendance durable et positive (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www150.statcan.gc.ca\/t1\/tbl1\/fr\/tv.action?pid=3710013502&amp;pickMembers%5B0%5D=2.3&amp;pickMembers%5B1%5D=4.1&amp;cubeTimeFrame.startYear=2000&amp;cubeTimeFrame.endYear=2021&amp;referencePeriods=20000101%2C20210101&amp;request_locale=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Statistique Canada<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> 2022). Les donn\u00e9es les plus r\u00e9centes (2021\/2002) r\u00e9v\u00e8lent que les femmes comptent pour 55 % des inscriptions dans les coll\u00e8ges et instituts et pour pr\u00e8s de 60 % des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s dans les diff\u00e9rentes disciplines.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559685&quot;:-20,&quot;335559737&quot;:-20,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">Avons-nous donc atteint l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 absolue? Pas tout \u00e0 fait.<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559685&quot;:-20,&quot;335559737&quot;:-20,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Malgr\u00e9 cette tendance, les hommes continuent de dominer les domaines tr\u00e8s r\u00e9mun\u00e9rateurs et recherch\u00e9s que sont les STIM, tels que les math\u00e9matiques, l\u2019informatique et les sciences de l\u2019information, l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie et les technologies connexes. Par ailleurs, si 34 % de la population canadienne dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e des STIM sont des femmes, elles ne repr\u00e9sentent que 23 % des personnes travaillant dans le domaine des sciences et de la technologie (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www150.statcan.gc.ca\/n1\/pub\/75-006-x\/2019001\/article\/00006-fra.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Statistique Canada<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">, 2019). Cet \u00e9cart persistant entre les genres accentue la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019interventions cibl\u00e9es visant \u00e0 renforcer la participation et la r\u00e9ussite des femmes dans ces domaines critiques que sont les \u00e9tudes et l\u2019emploi.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559685&quot;:-20,&quot;335559737&quot;:-20,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Rehausser la place des femmes sur les campus<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Les coll\u00e8ges et instituts ont mis en place diverses initiatives pour s\u2019attaquer aux statistiques actuelles et donner aux femmes davantage de moyens et ce, sur de multiples fronts. Ce dernier fait tomber les barri\u00e8res entre les genres afin de donner aux femmes davantage de moyens pour mener \u00e0 bien leur carri\u00e8re en leur offrant un soutien, un mentorat et des possibilit\u00e9s de r\u00e9seautage ax\u00e9s sur les femmes et ce, dans divers aspects de leur vie professionnelle.<\/span><br \/>\n<span Il reconna\u00eet ainsi que le programme de conception de jeux du coll\u00e8ge compte plus d\u2019inscriptions de femmes que d\u2019hommes. Elles y jouent un r\u00f4le moteur en mati\u00e8re d\u2019innovation, favorisent l\u2019inclusion et fa\u00e7onnent l\u2019avenir de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur. Environ 40 % de la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des membres de CICan est assur\u00e9e par des femmes. Toutefois, une question se pose : comment d\u00e9passer la barre des 50 %?\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559685&quot;:-20,&quot;335559737&quot;:-20,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Des <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">initiatives telles que le <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/50-30challenge.ca\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">projet du \u00abD\u00e9fi 50 &#8211; 30\u00bb de CICan<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\"> engrangent des progr\u00e8s remarquables. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 nos deux Centres de mobilisation et transfert des connaissances et \u00e0 nos cinq p\u00f4les r\u00e9gionaux, nous proposons des ressources et des outils complets pour donner aux participants les moyens d\u2019agir tout au long de leur cheminement vers l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion. Chez CICan, des initiatives de ce type ont permis de mettre en place une \u00e9quipe de direction compos\u00e9e \u00e0 68 % de femmes et de nommer deux femmes PDG. Tout cela t\u00e9moigne de notre ferme volont\u00e9 d\u2019assurer la diversit\u00e9 des genres et une repr\u00e9sentation \u00e9quitable \u00e0 tous les niveaux de d\u00e9cision. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Aller au-del\u00e0 des taux d\u2019inscription<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Alors que nous saluons les progr\u00e8s accomplis dans l\u2019enseignement postsecondaire, il est imp\u00e9ratif de reconna\u00eetre que notre parcours vers une v\u00e9ritable \u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres est loin de s\u2019achever. Nous ne pouvons pas nous contenter de regarder seulement sur les taux d\u2019inscription pour avoir une vue d\u2019ensemble.
