Cette planification tracera la voie aux nouvelles orientations strat\u00e9giques de CICan pour 2026 et au-del\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Je suis convaincue que le moment est venu et que l\u2019avenir est prometteur pour nos membres et les \u00e9tablissements publics du Canada : coll\u00e8ges, instituts, c\u00e9geps et \u00e9coles polytechniques.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Notre feuille de route pour 2026 s\u2019appuie sur les fondements de notre plan 2019-2024 et concentre de fa\u00e7on strat\u00e9gique les activit\u00e9s de CICan au cours des 18 prochains mois autour d\u2019un ensemble de priorit\u00e9s et d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements \u00e0 fort impact. Elle nous aidera \u00e0 rester en bonne position pour naviguer dans un paysage f\u00e9d\u00e9ral changeant ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 n\u00e9gocier avec brio les vents contraires et tirer parti des vents favorables, tout en restant au plus pr\u00e8s des besoins et des aspirations de ses membres.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La feuille de route pr\u00e9sente nos Objectifs \u00e0 fort impact, les pierres angulaires de notre orientation strat\u00e9gique. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ces objectifs feront office de r\u00e9ponses cibl\u00e9es aux probl\u00e8mes urgents auxquels le Canada et nos membres font face. Ils orienteront nos ressources vers les domaines prioritaires o\u00f9 nous souhaitons apporter des changements tangibles. <\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9organisation de nos piliers strat\u00e9giques constitue l\u2019une des principales \u00e9volutions : <em>D\u00e9fendre les int\u00e9r\u00eats, Accro\u00eetre les capacit\u00e9s, Faire avancer le savoir, Exceller<\/em>. Ces piliers ne font pas office d\u2019objectif final, mais de moyens d\u2019exercer un plus grand impact. Ils orientent nos actions et nos interactions dans notre pays et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. Ils concr\u00e9tisent l\u2019engagement qu\u2019a pris CICan de soutenir l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me des coll\u00e8ges et instituts publics, ils harmonisent nos efforts et les mettent au service de notre mission, de notre vision.<\/p>\n<p>Je voudrais remercier tous ceux et celles qui nous ont fait part de leurs id\u00e9es, qui ont particip\u00e9 aux discussions gr\u00e2ce auxquelles nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner la feuille de route. J\u2019ai bon espoir qu\u2019elle nous placera dans une position strat\u00e9gique. Les activit\u00e9s de CICan seront plus cibl\u00e9es et exerceront un plus fort impact pour les membres et les communaut\u00e9s que nous servons.
