Celle-ci est envoy\u00e9e aux membres d\u2019institutions par le biais du R\u00e9seau des personnes-ressources des coll\u00e8ges de CICan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 2 :<\/strong> La demande d\u2019applications pour si\u00e9ger sur un comit\u00e9 de s\u00e9lection* est envoy\u00e9e par <strong>le lundi 11 novembre 2024<\/strong> et les applications seront re\u00e7us au plus tard le <strong>lundi 9 d\u00e9cembre 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 3 :<\/strong> Les membres sont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s selon la r\u00e9gion et les composants repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par le <strong>lundi 16 d\u00e9cembre 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 4 :<\/strong> Appel aux membres du Comit\u00e9 de s\u00e9lection <strong>la semaine du 13 janvier 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 5 :<\/strong> La date limite pour pr\u00e9senter une mise en candidature par voie \u00e9lectronique au secr\u00e9tariat de CICan est <strong>le lundi 24 f\u00e9vrier 2025 \u00e0 23 h 59 HNE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 6 :<\/strong> Les mises en candidatures sont envoy\u00e9es par voie \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 chaque membre de comit\u00e9 de s\u00e9lection au plus tard <strong>le lundi 10 mars 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md\">\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 7 :<\/strong> Les mises en candidatures sont r\u00e9vis\u00e9es et \u00e9valu\u00e9es individuellement par chaque membre de comit\u00e9 de s\u00e9lection au plus tard <strong>le lundi 31 mars 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 8 :<\/strong> Les r\u00e9sultats individuels sont compil\u00e9s par le secr\u00e9tariat de CICan et envoy\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque membre de comit\u00e9 de s\u00e9lection au plus tard <strong>le lundi 21 avril 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 9 :<\/strong> Une conf\u00e9rence t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique avec le comit\u00e9 de s\u00e9lection pour confirmer les laur\u00e9ats a lieu <strong>la semaine du 21 avril 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 10 :<\/strong> Le secr\u00e9tariat de CICan communique avec le chef de la direction des \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement concern\u00e9s la d\u00e9cision de comit\u00e9 de s\u00e9lection, par <strong>le lundi 28 avril 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 11 :<\/strong> Les laur\u00e9ats seront honor\u00e9s virtuellement \u00e0 l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale annuelle de juin 2025, et seront reconnues sur le site web de CICan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 12 :<\/strong> Apr\u00e8s l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale annuelle, une plaque sera envoy\u00e9e au pr\u00e9sident(e)\/DG du coll\u00e8ge ou institut, comme copie pour le coll\u00e8ge ou l\u2019institut.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"boxit p-5 mt-3\"><strong>N.B. :<\/strong> Chaque mise en candidature est examin\u00e9e par un comit\u00e9 de s\u00e9lection compos\u00e9 de repr\u00e9sentants choisis parmi l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9tablissements membres de CICan. Des pairs examinateurs participent b\u00e9n\u00e9volement aux comit\u00e9s de s\u00e9lection. Chaque mise en candidature est examin\u00e9e ind\u00e9pendamment.
