Attending the 2015 CICan Leadership Institute was a huge boost to my career development. In addition to benefiting from the expertise of knowledgeable and generous faculty, the LDI helped me build a network of peers at colleges and institutes across the country. At the end of this week, I returned to my work possessing new knowledge, new perspective and energized to take on new leadership challenges!
