With the labour market changing faster than ever to keep up with disruptive technologies, lifelong learning and access to hands-on training opportunities are essential and highly valued by Canadians.
The symposium will engage participants on how to better respond to the needs of employers and to the needs of a diversified student body with multiple backgrounds. The event will provide an opportunity to meet and exchange with experts and leaders from colleges and institutes, industry, and governments, regarding challenges and best practices for continuing education and training well adapted to better respond to the needs of the labour market in all domains.
The symposium will address key topics and trends, including the following:

- Reskilling and upskilling
- Emerging trends, new knowledge and innovative approaches
Target Audience
Presidents, Director Generals, Vice -Presidents, Academic, Deans and Directors of Continuing Education and Apprenticeship Training of colleges and institutes, provincial and national stakeholders industy, employers, representatives and officials from provincial and federal governments.
