CICan’s Annual General Meeting: Delegate Registration

CICan’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. EDT. Presidents and CEOs are hereby invited to give notice of their voting delegate(s) by completing this form by Thursday, June 20, 2024. Once the voting delegates register, we will send a link with connection instructions.

In accordance with the organization’s By-laws, Class A Members shall submit the names of their voting delegates in writing in advance of the meeting. Each Class A Member is entitled to appoint up to five (5) Voting Delegates who shall be entitled to attend and vote at a Meeting of Members on such Member’s behalf. Each Voting Delegate so appointed shall have the right to exercise one (1) vote at a Meeting of Members.
