If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact Lisa Daigle for further information at ldaigle@collegesinstitutes.ca or 613-746-2222, 3199.

The Canadian Forces Recruiting Group (CFRG) is hosting several Influencer Events across Canada to highlight some of the incredible work they do. Take advantage of this opportunity. Discover the various jobs offered by the CAF, test some equipment, visit training facilities, eat in the cafeteria and talk with employees.

The Influencer Events occur to ensure that uniformed members reflect the landscape of the Canadian population, and endeavour to increase the representation of women, visible minorities and Indigenous peoples. We are seeking interested and highly motivated participants (career counsellors, job placement officer or professors) who believe they have the professional ability to act as ambassadors for the employment and educational opportunities available within the CAF. Ambassadors are also welcomed to bring a student who is demonstrating interest in a job with the CAF.

To be eligible to attend, you must be available for the entirety of the event dates, and must work with or be connected to one or more of the aforementioned employment equity groups.

The CAF is committed to diversity and takes its responsibility to increase the representation of women, visible minorities and Indigenous peoples very seriously. Therefore, these trips are in no way touristic opportunities. All costs associated with these events are absorbed by the CFRG and include: accommodation, transportation and meals.  No out-of-pocket costs will be incurred by our invited guests.

*The noted dates are tentative and may be modified.
